City of Spencer App is Available for Download!

The City of Spencer launched its new mobile app, Spencer Iowa, today. The app was developed in response to the flood of 2024, which highlighted the need for real-time communication and quick access to important information. It integrates with the Flood Center of Iowa to provide river level data and notifications when conditions change.

โ€ข City news and announcements

โ€ข A tool to report a problem to City staff

โ€ข Resources from the Cityโ€™s new website, launched in July

โ€œThe flood of 2024 reinforced how important it is for our community to receive timely and accurate information,โ€ said City Manager Kevin Robinson. โ€œThis app strengthens how we communicate with residents and makes city information easier to access.โ€
