The City of Spencer strives to support all facets of economic development. Through many partnerships, we support attracting new business investments, increasing the number of high-quality jobs in Spencer through recruitment and retention and providing a quality housing stock for all residents. The way to accomplish economic development objectives is through advocating/influencing strategic choices in both infrastructure and asset creation investment as well as public policies.
