Capital Improvement Plan
The City adopts a Five-year Capital Improvement program annually. The Finance Director is responsible for the implementation of the current plan and the coordination of the annual update. The Plan acts as a roadmap for every department’s major construction projects and major equipment purchases. It is not cast in stone and can be amended if unforeseen items arise.
To view the City’s Capital Improvement Plan, click on a plan below. The Current Plan is FY 2020-2024. The FY 2021-2025 Plan begins on July 1, 2020.
