Retail Kickstarter Program
The Retail Kickstarter Program was created to facilitate growth, development or attraction of businesses that meet retail needs and/or diversify the economy and provide job opportunities in the City of Spencer. This unique program offers a 0% interest loan of up to $25,000 for qualifying projects.
