The Spencer Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) is requesting proposals on the 4th Ave. S.E. Redevelopment Project. In 2021 Residential properties along 4th Ave. S.E. were purchased by the SEDC for redevelopment purposes. The SEDC has the property scheduled to be a clean slate for developers this Spring.
