The City of Spencer has hired a contractor to complete our annual Sealcoat Project. Weather permitting Blacktop Services is schedule to start Monday morning August 8, 2022. The project is expected to last one (1) to two (2) days. Temporary “No Parking” signs will be placed Sunday morning in the project areas. Please find the included project area map for locations
