| NEW GARBAGE AND RECYCLING CONTAINERS |
Automated collection will expand to the entire city beginning June 3rd. Begin using your new garbage and recycling carts at that time. A schedule for pick-up for the month of June was included in the Shopper on May 15th. A calendar for the remainder of 2013 was included with the carts at the time of delivery. If you do not have a calendar or have not received your new carts, please contact City Hall at 712-580-7200 |

| Spencer
City Hall is located at 418 2nd Avenue
West and is the central administrative
office of the City of Spencer.
The
Offices located at City Hall include:
Office of the Mayor, Office of the City
Manager, City Clerk's Office, Public Works
Department and Planning Department. The
Spencer Council Chambers are located at
the North end of the building with a separate
entrance at 420 2nd Avenue West. At the
north end of City Hall are the office
of the Chamber
of Commerce and Spencer Main Street
Company. The entrance to these offices
is located at 122 West 5th Street.
There
